Learn simple, gentle, and enjoyable movement and breathing techniques that will enable you to:

  • Improve your coordination, strength, and mobility
  • Increase your understanding of how your body influences your health and wellbeing
  • Discover the benefits that regular ‘freedom in movement’ class can bring to your day-to day life

Meet the Tutor - Amanda (Mandy)

These are accessible classes that can be done with a range of props, from a comfortable chair with back support, standing or sitting on the floor. This is also a great starting point for those that would like to progress on to the other Bright Skies Classes, although this is not essential.
