A regular yoga practice should improve your quality of life both on and off the mat. Bright Skies classes invite you to compassionately explore movement, with an open mind, working towards creating space and freedom in your body. Learn to slow down, nurture and re-connect in a fun and creative way. In these classes you will learn:

  • Breathing to support resilience and a strong immune system

  • Mobilisation to keep your body supple and active

  • Relaxation techniques to reduce stress

Meet the Tutor - Amanda (Mandy)

Gentle Yoga Classes

Relaxing yoga sessions to release tension and lift your spirits. Classes can be done from a chair or with a range of other props.

Online Sessions:

Wednesday 09:30 – 10:30

In person sessions:

Kick Start /Dynamic Yoga Classes

These classes can be more energetic, building strength and mobility, but the tutor teaches levels so that everyone is able to join in.

Online Sessions:

Sunday: 09:30 – 10:45

In person sessions:

Flow and Create Space Classes

During these classes we move from one posture to another carried by the music, creating a meditative state of flow with the breath.

Online Sessions:

Thursday: 19:00 – 20:00 Creating Space through Flow (Gentle)

Friday: 09:30 – 10:30 Glow with a Yoga Flow (more dynamic)
