Bright Skies classes are designed to inspire and benefit people from all walks of life, both on and off the mat. These classes aren’t about bending into complex pretzel shapes or being super flexible and athletic. The primary focus is to enable attendees to discover a yoga practice that will suit their individual needs. In Bright Skies sessions you can do yoga standing, sitting or somewhere in between. Whatever suits you! The aim is to connect our mind and body with our breath through gentle explorative movement, increasing mobility and decreasing any tension or stress.
