Bright Skies classes invite you to inquire, learn and explore your body and what it means to find the ‘freedom in motion’ that makes you feel good. 

Working with the breath, movement, and relaxation practices, we gently guide the body and mind in to releasing tension in an inclusive and welcoming class environment. 

Perhaps you want to improve your strength, mobility, coordination, balance, or posture? Or maybe you feel stressed, tense, or tight? These classes will leave you feeling released, relaxed, energized, and centred.

Bright Skies classes make it easy for individuals to enjoy moving freely whilst achieving their goals, providing sessions that are person-centred and fun.

Some classes are still taking place online (via Zoom) due to popular demand. SOME CLASSES ARE TAKING PLACE ON THE BEACH ! Weather permitting.

Move Freely Classes


Learn simple, gentle, and enjoyable movement and breathing techniques that will enable you to release tension and ‘move freely’. - delivered online.



Bright Skies Yoga classes are designed to empower participants to develop a practice that meets their needs, inspiring people from all walks of life, both on and off the mat. Delivered in-person.

General Health and Safety Points

Wear comfortable work-out clothes that allow you to move freely. Try not to eat a heavy meal before class as Bright Skies classes are best practiced with a relatively empty stomach. Make sure that you have water close to hand. If you do not have an exercise mat you can use a towel. Other props that might be useful include:

  • A Blanket
  • A scarf or tie to support with stretching
  • A couple of books of similar size (instead of blocks)
  • Cushions/ pillows anything else that will make your class comfortable
